posted 20 days agoHi Dan,
If you are using the Adblock Plus extension on a desktop browser, you should not be seeing full length ads though you may see a variety of different behaviors such as a temporary black screen or a very brief display of an ad (less than a second or two). These are related to our efforts to stop the entirety of the ad appearing.
If you are seeing full length ads, I recommend checking out this article: https://help.adblockplus.org/hc/en-us/articles/26653087560595-Ads-appearing-on-YouTube- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17859950, a month ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by 12, a month agoНе способен блокировать рекламу из за нежелания разработчика внедрить решение для борьбы с динамическими модификаторами рекламы.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18364965, a month agoIt used to be the gold standard and a default install on every device I touched, but now they have a "Premium" (read: SUBSCRIPTION) version which they will throw in your face with a forced-focused new tab ad over and over again. I got the ad every day, until I uninstalled the extension.
Goodbye to an old friend.Developer response
posted a month agoHi,
We are indeed currently running a contribution campaign, therefore a contribution popup might appear (it will only happen once per user), but the user can simply close it and continue browsing. Adblock Plus remains a completely free extension and all contributions are 100% voluntary.
If you are seeing the popup constantly, we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the extension. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18364885, a month agoBack in the day this was THE Ad Blocker. Now it is NOT. Time to move to uBlock Origin folks, where ALL ads, not just the ones Ad Block Plus hasn't been paid to show you are blocked. There is no good reason why the Admiral bs can't be blocked using Ad Block Plus other than it being by design. So long and thanks for all the fish!
