- Rated 1 out of 5by Rainkeltoia, 2 months agoExtension is utterly broken - freezes Firefox and stops it from sending data, then the extension crashes. Support is a joke, asks for logs and doesn't read them, blaming the browser. This is the most recent update to the extension, it used to work just fine. It appears to have not undergone testing prior to release.

- Rated 1 out of 5by TimT, 2 months agoOnce again, an update makes this even worse. Conflicts with the standalone app, but at least the standalone USED to use Windows Hello as login option. No longer. Why they insist on fannying around and launching untested updates that make the user experience worse defeats me.

Update: the app now prevents log-in because it flags ITSELF as a phishing threat.
That's it. Had enough and switching to Norton. At least their products, y'know, "actually work"Developer response

Thank you for sharing your concerns, and I'm truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with our updates and the Windows Hello feature. We definitely don’t want to make things more cumbersome for you.
It seems there might have been some confusion with the app versions. Our standalone extension does support Windows Hello as a login option, and it operates independently from the desktop app. If you’re encountering issues with this feature or if it’s not appearing as an option, we’d like to look into this.
Regarding the app flagging itself as a phishing threat, this sounds quite unusual, and we take such reports seriously. Could you provide more details about what you were doing when this happened?

Customer service instructs to install Nordpass Desktop version and extension without guidance which extension to choose. Re-ask NordPass without success. So installed NordPass Extension (app-version) - doesn't provide any copy/paste support, only autofill (which fairly often fails to fill-in properly). In all, a very clumsy password manager to use. User interface not on par with competitors.

Ok che firefox non sarà il browser più usato, ma fare un estensione decente sarebbe il mimino. Non copia più dai campi. Sistematicamente richiede la pass principale per accedere. Non si può distribuire una estensione che non funziona e con così tanti problemi. Il bello è che ho acquistato l'abbonamento a nordpass, mai più rinnovo.

I contacted support and they kept asking for a screenshot. How do I send a screenshot of blank text? I could not get them to understand. Doing a brief search shows this is a known issue.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Jim Ward, 4 months agoinstructions did not clearly advise that account password is separate to master passwords which you then later requested. I has input what I wanted as master in as account password and hence have a much less strong master password. POOR INSTRUCTIONS !!!!.
Cant see Nordpass on my screen - no idea where this has been placed
You seem to assume that all users are 100% tech savy - that is VERY POOR approach - Rated 1 out of 5by Denis, 4 months agoNordPass, without the Firefox extension needs some work; it occasionally fails to automatically ask me to add a password for a new website that I generate a password for, or keeps offering to generate a password for the website when I am typing in a password. There seems to be a conflict between Mozilla's own password storage (is that connected to Nordpass Password addon?) and Nordpass. Another issue is Nordpass has allowed me to open and pay for two separate Nordpass accounts without telling me that I already have a Nordpass account. I've been with Nordvpn a long time and it works okay when Ubuntu 22.04 Pro opens it from the CLI. But the interface to Firefox seems to have problems at times. Not sure if it because I use cookie and adblockers on Firefox. Doesn't Firefox have its own password vault? Maybe that's the source of the problem I see.

Have had ongoing email trail with tech support - makes no difference. Chrome browser extension just as bad. My advice is to avoid this software at all cost.
