- Rated 1 out of 5by WebYoda, a year agoI have had 4 paid accounts with PureVPN for many years and until the recent updates with the FireFox browser I have had no trouble at all. The FireFox plugin would automatically login the country it was logged in to the last session and this worked with any country. Now when I access a FireFox browser you never know if it is really connected even when it says it is connected. It will say connected when it is not, and trying to disconnect gives an error. Support attempted to explain away how this is a me issue, but I have four separate machines and all of them now have the same issue and the only thing that has changed on my end is the FireFox browser update. I spent the better part of a week working with PureVPN support and made no progress. So for me this extension doesn't work at all with recent versions of Firefox on Windows. Completely useless. (This is 4 paid accounts, not the trial or anything like that).

Completely useless. (This is for a paid account, not the trial or anything like that).

- Rated 1 out of 5by Jan Korous, a year agoThis has been a horrible experience. The app promises a 7 day free trial which they then make impossible to cancel anywhere in the menu!!! Then when you cannot cancel the subscription before the end of the trial, they charge you for the whole year. Absolute disgrace + they spam emails every day. Never again

I shut PureVPN off & I get IMMEDIATELY CONNECTED to the site. I wish I did not buy their longest program for I feel they SCREWED ME. Do yourself a favor & check other VPN's for this one is definitely BAD 80% of the time.

I hope at least some time when i need it it will work. 2 dollars per month , naaah not worth it for me..

- Rated 1 out of 5by Mikul, 2 years agoThis used to work well, but around the middle of February the speed became abysmal. Pages went from taking no more than 3 seconds to load to taking a minute or more with pages timing out.
